Love Falkirk.

What is
Love Falkirk?

Love Falkirk is our compassion ministry here at Falkirk Vineyard Church. We are passionate about seeing our community transformed by the love of Jesus. Throughout the bible Jesus demonstrated love for people in practical ways, setting an example for us to follow.

Love Falkirk has grown into a fuller response to poverty - one that honours the whole person. We offer practical help, emotional support, and long-term tools for renewal and dignity, shaped by values of care, welcome, and hope.

We believe that every person carries worth, and that practical support can be a doorway to deeper restoration. Our work is shaped by Christian values - compassion, hospitality, and justice - but is open to all, regardless of background or belief.

Thank you.

To everyone who has donated items to the food pantry. We thank you. We rely on the generous donations of people like yourselves to help restock our shelves each week.

Donations are collected at Falkirk Vineyard Church every Sunday at our 10:30am service, held in the Polmont Community Centre. Or you can contact us directly to arrange a drop-off. Every item helps us offer quiet, practical support to someone in need.

How does it work?

As part of our ongoing commitment to Camelon and the surrounding area, Love Falkirk runs a Community Pantry at our premises at 66 Union Road, FK1 4FP. The Pantry offers support for residents of Camelon, Tamfourhill and Bantaskin, for those who are struggling with the rising cost of living.

To ensure help reaches those who need it most, our Pantry operates on a referral-only basis. Local residents can be referred by one of our Trusted Partners. Once referred, Pantry Members receive:

•12 weeks of Pantry access (12 items/week for £4)

•A full benefit check

•A fuel and energy assessment

•Access to our CAP Life Skills Course. 8 weeks of budgeting, cooking, and confidence-building

Our whole-person model allows us to walk alongside each individual with clarity, care, and practical tools — not just for today, but for the journey ahead…

Trusted Partners.

We work in partnership with trusted local organisations who understand the realities of our community. If your organisation would like to explore becoming a referral partner, we’d love to hear from you.

Current referral partners include:

•Go Youth Trust
•Falkirk Council Social Work Team
•NHS Health Visitors
•Falkirk Employment Training Unit

Emergency Support.

If you live in Camelon, Tamfourhill, or Bantaskin and are finding things difficult, you’re welcome to request an Essential Bag — a bundle of food, toiletries, and household basics to help ease the pressure.

Bags are available for collection from our Union Road premises, and we kindly ask that you contact us in advance so we can prepare everything with care. This quiet support is here for anyone facing a tough moment — no judgment, just a helping hand.

Our Story.

Love Falkirk began in 2017 with a simple Christmas project — delivering dinner hampers and gifts to families who might otherwise go without. It was a response born from faith: a desire to reflect the practical love of Jesus in a way that felt personal, dignified, and quietly hopeful.

What started as a seasonal act of kindness grew into a year-round ministry of care. Over time, we’ve responded to food poverty, fuel insecurity, school holiday hunger, and emotional isolation — always with clarity, dignity, and kindness.

Love Falkirk is a whole-person response to poverty. We walk alongside individuals and families through crisis and transition, offering not just food and fuel, but tools for renewal, connection, and confidence.

The work continues, shaped by generosity, collaboration, and the quiet promise: You are seen. You are worthy. You are not alone.
