Thank you to everyone who has donated items to the food pantry over the last few weeks.
We rely on the generous donations of our supporters in the community to help restock our shelves each week. There is also a space to leave donations during Falkirk Vineyard Church services, held in the Polmont Community Centre every Sunday from 10.30am. |
OUR STORY
Love Falkirk is our compassion ministry here at Falkirk Vineyard. We are passionate about seeing our community transformed by the love of Jesus. All throughout the bible Jesus demonstrated love for people in practical ways, setting an example for us to follow.
We work with local agencies in Falkirk to help individuals and families who are struggling with poverty and crisis. We aim to provide support those in need through generosity and love. We provide food parcels, household items, toiletries and community.
In 2017 we started our Christmas project where we provide Christmas dinner hampers and Christmas presents to those in our community who would otherwise do without.
We believe that everyone deserves to feel loved and worthy and be able to live a life of dignity.

SUPPORT
Currently this ministry is operated by 8 volunteers on a weekly basis who are motivated by compassion for the most vulnerable in society and recognising the dignity and worth of every individual. During Christmas and other busy times we have many other volunteers from within our church, we welcome any others who would like to help in this ministry.
We also receive donations of non-perishable food and toiletries. These are collected at Falkirk Vineyard Church every Sunday at our 10:30am service. If you would like to know what kinds of food to bring, you can check out our social media channels, or get in touch using the contact form below. |
