Serving others is a key part of what it means to be part of God’s church, and joining a team is a great way of getting to know others, and feeling more a part of the church.
In the Vineyard, we like to say that “everyone gets to play.” We all have a part to play in the Kingdom of God, and it’s a blessing to find our place. Have you found yours? There are many opportunities for service---some that benefit the church on Sunday mornings, others that bless people during the week.
When we meet together as a church, on Sundays each week, during the week, or other events throughout the year, there is always a dedicated team of people working hard behind the scenes to make things happen. We want to make sure that everything we do as a church is welcoming and enjoyable, because we believe in a God who does things well!
It takes a number of people to make our Sunday gatherings happen, whether it’s serving hot drinks, putting out chairs, welcoming people, serving with the band, running our info point or doing church with our kids. Many people may not be part of Falkirk Vineyard now if it wasn’t for loads of people being willing to get out of bed early on a Sunday morning to create a warm and welcoming environment for people to come into.

FV KidsBe a teacher or helper helping our Kids grow in faith in our Sunday services.

Host TeamHelp set up, greet worshippers with a smile and welcome newcomers.

HospitalityKeep the tea, coffee, and donuts. A lot of ministry happens over after service drinks.

Media TeamUse your computer skills to put lyrics, announcements and sermon slides on the screen.

Sound TeamManage all aspects of the sound requirements for our services.

Worship TeamUse your singing and/or instrumental talent to help lead worship. Audition and application required.

Compassion MinistryHelp with collection of food on a Sunday, or distributing it those in need during the week.

Small GroupsSmall groups happen all over Falkirk. Host or lead a group during the week.

Making MealsHelp provide meals for people who are struggling with debilitating illness.

FV YouthBe a helper and mentor to run our youth events on Sundays and during the month.

EdenHelp staff our Eden jewellery stall to help victims of trafficking

Ladies/Mens MinistryBe a part of making sure these events run smoothly and reach out to our community.
